Business Advisory
& Bookkeeping in Snellville, GA

More Than Bookkeeping. A Strategic Partner for Your Business.

Welcome to Dynamic Tax & Financial Services, where we offer more than just bookkeeping; we become your strategic partner in business. Many business owners see their expenses but struggle with cash flow, taxes, and profitability. We go beyond merely recording transactions; we help you understand your numbers and make financial decisions. Our advisory services are designed to provide ongoing guidance, ensuring that whether you're a new entrepreneur or an established company, you have the support needed to achieve your financial goals.

What Business Advisory Includes

Bookkeeping is the foundation. Advisory is what you do with it. The two are sold together here because one without the other does not help a business owner make a decision.

Monthly bookkeeping. Transactions categorized, accounts reconciled, and the books closed every month, not once a year in a panic before the return is due. Clean books are what make every other service on this page possible.

Financial reporting you can read. A profit and loss statement, a balance sheet, and a cash flow view, delivered monthly with a short note on what changed. If a number moved and you do not know why, that is the first thing we talk about.

Cash flow and profitability review. Revenue is not profit, and profit is not cash. We look at where money is actually going, which services or products carry the margin, and what the business can afford in the next ninety days.

Tax position throughout the year. Because the same office prepares the return, the books are kept with the tax outcome in mind. Estimated payments, owner compensation, and deductible spending get reviewed quarterly instead of discovered in April.

Entity and structure questions. Whether a sole proprietor should become an S corporation, whether a partnership agreement matches how the partners actually operate, and whether an election made years ago still makes sense. These decisions have a tax cost either way, and we lay it out before anything is filed.

Catch-up and cleanup. Books that are months or years behind, mixed personal and business accounts, and records that never matched the bank. Cleanup is a project with a defined end, and it is often the first engagement for a new client.

Who This Is For

Business owners in Snellville, Lawrenceville, Loganville, Grayson, Lilburn, and across Gwinnett County who are past the point where a spreadsheet works and are not yet at the size where a full-time controller makes sense. Contractors, medical and dental practices, salons, trucking and logistics operators, consultants, real estate investors, and service businesses with payroll.

The common thread is a business that is making money on paper and still feels tight, or an owner who is making decisions on gut feel because the numbers are three months old.

How the Monthly Rhythm Works

Setup. We connect the accounts, review the chart of accounts, and fix what does not fit the business. If there is cleanup, it happens here first.

Each month. Transactions are categorized and reconciled. You receive the reports with a short note on anything that needs your attention.

Each quarter. A planning conversation. Estimated taxes, cash position, compensation, and anything coming up in the next three months that has a financial consequence.

At year-end. The books close, the return is prepared from them directly, and the planning for the following year starts from real numbers.

Why a Tax Resolution Firm Does Bookkeeping

Dynamic Tax & Financial Services is led by Chiquita Harmon, an Enrolled Agent and Certified Tax Resolution Consultant. A large share of the IRS cases this office handles trace back to the same root cause: a business that grew faster than its books. Payroll taxes that were collected and never deposited. Income that was never reported because nobody was tracking it. An S corporation that never ran payroll for its owner.

Those problems are expensive to fix after the IRS notices them and inexpensive to prevent. Bookkeeping and advisory are how this office keeps clients on the right side of that line.

Questions We Hear From Business Owners

I already use QuickBooks. Do I need this? Software records what you tell it. The value is in the categorization, the reconciliation, and the person who reads the result and tells you what it means. We work in the platform you already have when it fits the business.

My books are two years behind. Where do I start? With the bank statements. Catch-up bookkeeping is a defined project with a quoted scope. Once the books are current, monthly service keeps them that way.

How is this different from what my tax preparer does? A preparer sees your year once it is over. Advisory means someone is looking at the numbers while there is still time to change the outcome.

Do you work with businesses outside Georgia? Yes. Bookkeeping and advisory are delivered through secure document sharing and video calls, and the firm serves business owners in all 50 states. Most clients are here in Gwinnett County, and the office in Snellville is open for in-person meetings.

Start With a Conversation About Your Numbers

If you are not sure what your business made last month, or you are making decisions on numbers that are months old, that is the place to start. Bring the last few bank statements and whatever books exist. We will tell you where things stand and what it would take to get them current.
